Awakened Counseling

Everyone needs support, a listening ear, or a sounding board. I commend you for seeking that out, it's never easy! Together, we will explore and identify coping skills and resources you can draw upon to navigate any challenge you come across. I provide a non judgmental space for you to safely share your story. We will develop a plan based on your personal strengths and experiences in order to help you grow more content and at peace in your life. We can tackle whatever feels most important to you first! In our sessions I strive to foster self empowerment and understanding through various therapeutic techniques.
